Specific workshops may be tailored to smaller age ranges depending on the activity!

Ages 5-9

Playful, hands-on workshops where children explore materials, experiment with ideas, connect and build confidence through creativity! These sessions focus on curiosity, imagination, and the joy of making!

Creative Crew

Ages 0-4

Playful, hands-on workshops where littles explore their senses and surroundings while learning through play! These sessions focus on the bond with caregivers and enjoying creativity!

Next Gen Creators

Ages 10-17

A creative space for older kids and teens to experiment, develop new skills, and bring their ideas to life. Workshops encourage independence, collaboration, and creative problem-solving while making something uniquely their own!

More About Meg

Multi-Passionate Mama!

I grew up in Edmonton and have a deep-rooted connection to a Child & Family Resource Centre, where I worked for several years in a variety of roles.

My favourite aspect of that job was hands-on with children in Early Start, Head Start, and Youth programs.

I gained experience supporting infants through to junior high students, caregivers, and community groups.

I strongly believe learning through play and sensory exploration is essential for healthy child development.

My background includes extensive training in Early Childhood Education and Development, including special needs, cultural diversity, and mental health. (Huge mental health advocate!)

I love engaging playfully with children and encouraging creativity, confidence, and authentic self-expression.

I also enjoy encouraging adults to express themselves, & reconnect with their inner child.

I studied Holistic Nutrition and am passionate about nature, biological uniqueness, and mindful living.

I love to travel and learn about different places & cultures.

I also love sports and outdoor activities! (Catch me coaching Nanton Soccer!)

Crafting, DIY, thrifting, recycling, and up-cycling are lifelong loves, and I enjoy creating as many of our products at home and in the studio as we can.

Music and movement are at the heart of everything I do — I grew up in musical theatre and love singing, dancing, and creative expression!
